Video Designer (123GO! Challenge)

We are looking for a charismatic Video Designer to join our team that’s working on the new channel “123 GO! Challenge” – dedicated to anything interesting, insightful and exciting.


The focus of the channel is very wide-ranging – we shoot fun video clips about everything that’s popular right now, appealing to the largest possible audience.

Life hacks, challenges, pranks – name the theme and we cover it!

What you will need to do:

  • Think through the presentation of ideas and shoot videos as part of a team with the actors;

  • Serve as a director while filming and edit the videos afterwards;

  • Actively resolve any issues that may arise during the production of the video;

  • Take an active part in the development of the video direction of 123GO! Challenge.



What skills/qualities you should have:

  • You understand and have a good feel for our video format; 

  • You have the ability to tell a story logically and clearly through video sequences. You have a good sense of what makes an eye-catching picture;

  • You confidently shoot great videos on a DSLR camera;

  • You can wonderfully set the light exposure for a scene while having at least two sources of light;

  • You are proficient in editing videos in Premiere Pro – you can competently join frames, use effects, use hot keys, do color correction etc. It will be a plus if you can also use After Effects and Photoshop;

  • You can understand current trends and have a feel for what it takes to create a viral video;

  • You can work quickly and effective and you are capable of working within a rapidly changing production environment;
