Budapest studio opening is fast approaching, so we are currently looking for a highly organized and attentive Props Buyer capable of multitasking. This person will be responsible for purchasing props we need for videos and everyday communication with our Video Studio employees.

 

In this role, you will:

• Purchase (or lease) props for all projects in Budapest Studio according to the requests and deadlines;

• Deal with paperwork from the suppliers (receipts, invoices, etc.);

• Deliver props to the set no later than date/time specified in request;

• Make sure that purchased props match the initial request and fit the required description;

• Check props' overall condition and make sure they don't have any defects prior to purchasing and delivering them to the Studio warehouse;

• Perform daily planning of the optimal, cost-minimizing route for the purpose of purchasing props;

• Produce timely reporting to the Accounting Department on the issued funds for the purchase (lease) of the necessary requisites, provide all financial documents (receipts, invoices, acts and other documents of a reporting nature);

• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on the results of tasks for the given period.

 

Our ideal candidate:

• Has general understanding or interest in video production industry;

• Has strong knowledge of Budapest market and online marketplaces;

• Is fluent in Hungarian and has a good command of English (upper intermediate level or higher);

• Is able to organize workflows perfectly and understand what is needed to be done;

• Has a driving license and navigates easily around the city, is able to use own car for work-related purposes;

• Considers yourself to be both a process-oriented and a results-oriented person;

• Is an attentive, accurate, and energetic person with developed problem-solving, interpersonal and planning skills.

! Relevant experience as a Buyer or Purchasing/Procurement Specialist will be an advantage.
