Props Buyer Assistant

The studio doors will open soon, so we are currently looking for an organized, creative and attentive Props Buyer Assistant who has excellent research skills, can organize information and come up with new ideas.
What you will do:

Compile lists of props that need to be purchased with accordance to the requests received from filming crews;

Understand the specifics, style, and format of our projects when preparing the list of props (5-Minute Crafts, La La Life, 123 Go!, etc.);

Clarify the characteristics of props if needed and offer your suggestions;

Research places where props can be purchased (both online and offline stores);
-
Work with the visual characteristics of the props - select the right colour, material, texture;
-
Understand and easily navigate through Budapest market - what and where you can buy, and what has to be ordered online from abroad;

Interact with the Head of Video Studio and actively participate in process improvement;

Perform other creative activities, be proactive and driven;

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
What we expect from you:

You understand and feel the format and style of our projects;

You are patient and attentive to details – can choose props that suit a particular project;

You are able to quickly search for information on the Internet (sometimes you have to learn the difference between different types of screws and different types of lipsticks);

You are creative, able to think outside the box and generate new ideas;

You are flexible and highly adaptive, can work in a fast-paced environment;
-
You're responsible, good at time-management and can stick to deadlines;
-
Experience in working with props is considered as an advantage;

Experience working in Navision is considered as an advantage;

You have a good command of English (upper intermediate level or higher).
