Today we are looking for an SMM specialist who will work closely with our valued external partners and be responsible for various YouTube channels in different locales.

Responsibilities:

• Сreate a channel-specific publication schedule in collaboration with producer;

• Prepare analytical reports, approval table for clients;

• Send to translation/ translate: title, description of the video, tags (also you can use archive);

• Re-create compilation from translated video parts;

• Content publication according the schedule (including adapting and adding metadata, setting up Content ID and turning on monetisation settings);

• Thumbnail creation if needed (find references, create concept, send request, control result, send to rework);

• Checking video after translation (watermarks, aspect ratio, length, editing and translation quality);

• Create and post stories, shorts, community posts, Live Streams according shedule;

• Start and review new channels promotion (posts, stories, end screens, etc.);

• Analyse general and audience-specific YouTube trends and update channels' strategy to follow them;

• Analyse channel performance an update channels' strategy based on findings;

• Initiate and conduct experiments, collect, analyse and share their results.

• Collaborate with original production on experiments, posting strategy, etc.;

• Collaborate with Lead, participation in the general team projects;

• Initiate requests on IT issues and supervise them until solution if found;

• Keep up-to-date archives/reports/portfolios/all related lists (if needed).

Requirements:

• English fluency level - upper-intermediate or higher;

• Strong experience with social media;

• Knowledge of SMM tools;

• Analytical skills;

• The ability to follow deadlines;

• The ability to take responsibility for the results;

• Internet savvy and flexibility;

• Interest in YouTube and social media, passion about video content.
