Today our SMM Department is looking for a Thumbnail Expert!

Are you a seasoned YouTube manager who is aware of all trends and is ready to share it with others? Then this vacancy is for you!

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze a thumbnail strategy on our channels, help dev. managers and producers to improve it.

• Participate in our promotion projects (as they occurred).

• Сheck trending thumbnails and topics across our Youtube channels (at least once a week, but when you have free time it can be more often).

• Сheck and analyze world and local trending YouTube videos and topics (same here).

• Analise new visual techniques for thumbnails, keep collecting them in our confluence document.

• Share the results in the Slack channel once a week and in a digest regularly (don’t forget to post in slack regularly and make our channel alive).

• Consult producers and development managers on their queries about thumbnails.

• Collect Ideas Sources.

• Collect Ideas for New Channels.

• Help new development managers with their first thumbnails.

• Think about searching for new techniques for our animated channels.

Requirements:

• Good level of English.

• Experience as a finder or a catchy eye for cool and trendy thumbnails ideas that will gain millions of views.

• Advanced knowledge of YouTube and deep interest in other social media platforms.

• Creativity and ability to find and see hits.

• Responsible and organized personality.

Conditions:

• Work as part of an international team (over 2,000 people), loyal and creative colleagues (illustrators, screenwriters, sound engineers).

• The ability to work from anywhere you find inspiration (a remote work format);

• A comfortable work schedule: you can plan your working day yourself, the main thing is to stick to deadlines.

• Part-time (2-3 hours per day).

• Can be combined with work on the main project.
