We are currently looking for a highly organized and attentive Video Props Buyer who will join our creative production team members in Limassol and will support them in daily tasks. You will get to work with some awesome and creative minds like Actors/Actresses, Video Designers, Idea Finders and many more.

What you will do:

• Order supplies to the warehouse, office supplies and props according to the requests and deadlines;

• Deliver props to the set no later than the date/time specified in the request;

• Deal with paperwork from the suppliers (receipts, invoices, etc.);

• Make sure that purchased props and supplies match the initial request and fit the required description;

• Process assigned requests in our systems;

• Perform daily planning of the optimal, cost-minimizing route for the purpose of purchasing props;

• Paperwork relating to the supplier (receipts, invoices, etc.)

What you have:

• 1-3 years of experience;

• Has general understanding or interest in video production industry;

• Has strong knowledge of Cyprus market and online marketplaces;

• Driving license and ability to navigate easily around the city and to use own car for work-related purposes;

• Great time management and task management;

• Fluency in Greek and English, any other language will be an advantage

• Attention, energy, problem-solving, interpersonal and planning skills.

• !Previous experience as a courier or personal shopper would be considered an advantage!
