Right now, we’re looking for an experienced and highly qualified Product Lead for our applications. We require someone with experience in creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, and defining go-to-market strategy.

Location: London, Cyprus, remote.

Responsibilities:

• Set your teams’ goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with TheSoul Publishing’s mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and usability studies.

• Be accountable for applications strategy and long-term development.

• Be accountable for the final product. Owns the product vision and backlog throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Take responsibility for the P&L of the project.

• Build and manage high-performing and innovative product teams.

• Hands-on: identify setbacks and roadblocks within a project and generate solutions for resolving them together with the product team if necessary.

• Deeply understand users, both at a cohort and individual level and build solutions that satisfy/solve the user needs you to discover.

• Ideate and deliver applications that will balance user experience and revenue.

• Align with internal stakeholders, CTOs, Executive Producers, Advertising, User Acquisition, Platform Relations, Content Distribution, Operations, and the actual product teams to drive a shared vision.

• Communicate clearly roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.

• 2+ years of people management experience, leading high performing product teams.

• Proven track record improving KPIs on websites or applications, comfortable with 10 mln+ targets.

• Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

• Advanced problem-solving skills ­with the ability to think creatively to resolve difficult situations with a proven record of follow-through on assigned tasks.

• Strong cross-functional relationship building with high empathy to understand the needs of other businesses and priorities.

• Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and clearly communicate with different audiences.

• Comfortable in a fast-­paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation.

• Active participant in defining workplace culture, product manager pathways, and organizational design.
