Today, we are looking for a creative, ambitious and goal-driven manager who knows how to choose trending ideas and turn them into money, profit and business growth.

Feel free to apply if you want to lead the project, come up with new ideas and strategies for the channel, manage and develop a team of creative professionals and improve video production processes in general.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute the strategy of channel development to increase profit margins

• Adjust strategy according to the channel performance, using data and analytics

• Analyse performance metrics and optimise processes based on that

• Look for creative ideas for the project, test new formats and approaches

• Control deadlines and quality at all stages of content production

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations to support the production

• Analyse staff needs, recruit new employees, motivate and develop the team

• Interact with other departments of the company to meet the project goals

What we expect from you:

• Proactivity, willingness to work hard and develop a great product

• Knowledge of social media principles/trends and ability to quickly adjust your project to new trends

• Understanding of the target audience, vision of how to further develop the project, how to experiment, and what to improve

• Strong management skills, ability to manage and develop a team

• Knowledge of key metrics to analyse the channel's performance

• Creative attitude and out of the box approach to challenges

• Ability to communicate in English effectively (Intermediate level and higher)

• Willingness to work full-time in one of our studios and completely commit to the project
