We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who will help our team onboard employees into the system and let them start their work in time.

You’re perfect for the role if you:

• are fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) and Russian;

• can type fast and have good communication skills;

• are attentive to detail

The main task of the HR Coordinator is to control the full cycle of a new employee’s onboarding process and support them on their first day of work:

• request and check necessary documents of the future employee;

• add information about the employee to the system (we’ll teach you that);

• forward the information to the corresponding department to file a job contract;

• make sure the employee starts work on their first day;

• help the new employee on their first day in case any issues arise.
