HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who will help our team onboard employees into the system and let them start their work in time.
You’re perfect for the role if you:
are fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) and Russian;
can type fast and have good communication skills;
are attentive to detail
The main task of the HR Coordinator is to control the full cycle of a new employee’s onboarding process and support them on their first day of work:
request and check necessary documents of the future employee;
add information about the employee to the system (we’ll teach you that);
forward the information to the corresponding department to file a job contract;
make sure the employee starts work on their first day;
help the new employee on their first day in case any issues arise.
