Right now we are looking for an HR Administrator who will help our team to relocate & onboard employees, maintain and update internal HR systems, and so on. 🙌
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Maintain and update employees personal records;
Maintain and update internal HR systems;
Liaise with government institution and external partners (Tax department, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance etc.);
Assistance in migration issues to foreign employees (documents preparation and submission);
Provide administrative support to employees
2+ years of HR Administrator experience or relevant role;
Fluency in English and Russian (oral and written), Greek as advantage;
Basic knowledge of Cyprus migration and labor laws and practices;
Experience in working with confidential information;
Advanced skills in Microsoft office;
Excellent communication skills and highly diplomatic approach to sensitive information;
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
