The Junior Financial Accountant’s mission is to provide support & assistance to Accountants in their daily activities connected with processing invoices, bank reconciliations & other processes related to Inventory & Fixed Assets.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable/Inventory/Fixed Asset focus

• Support the team in ensuring local management accounts (Accounts Payable,  Inventory & Fixed Assets) are processed accurately and timely on a monthly basis and submitted within the agreed upon group reporting deadlines.

• Assist in entering purchase details (Vendor Information, Creation, Invoicing and Pricing) into our accounting system.

• Assist in coordinating with the Warehouse Manager (WM) on regular inventory audits and reporting on audit findings. Inventory checks must be performed both from system to inventory and vice versa.

• Support in communicating with the company's buyers and WM to ensure purchases do not exceed budget and recommending improvements to the process.

• Assist in the production of ad-hoc finance reports by maintaining a data oriented mindset to help the Company make data-driven commercial decisions.

Requirements:

• University degree from relevant studies is a must (finance, accounting, economics etc).

• 1-2 relevant financial accounting experience would be an asset.

• Good communications skills, resilient, critical thinker.

• Driven & proactive.

• Must have attention to detail

• Quick learner
