As a company, we are growing constantly, that’s why at the moment we are opening a Research & Development department that will drive all significant changes in the company, open new directions, implement the company's Extra Revenue plan, look for new audiences for the company's projects and implement strategic initiatives.

To search for new directions, we need an analyst who will look for new niches for business development according to the given parameters and requirements!

Job responsibilities:

• Search for new directions for the development of the company (the idea of creating a new service or product based on the company's expertise) 

• Provide short reports with proof of interest in the idea.

• Find profitable growth models for current initiatives (brainstorm new earning models).

• Look for new sources of income for production teams and use content archive 

• Short performance review of current initiatives outside of production scope

• Estimate the potential P&L of new ideas/directions

Candidate’s portrait:

• The ability to establish new connections and networking in companies that can help us in the development of our business

• Ability to compare new ideas with the current opportunities of our business.

• Ability to find competitors in the business model we are interested in and point out their strengths and weaknesses in numbers

• Ability to analyze incoming ideas for company development of other departments with minimal information and self-study of topic.

• Fluent English
