Development Manager

TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers on Earth, producing tons of entertaining and enlightening online content. Our team of 2,000+ creative minds in 70+ countries shoot videos, make animations, and write articles every day in 19 languages for more than 1 billion subscribers around the world!
We're looking for a responsible and professional Development Manager who will work closely with our valued external partners and be responsible for various Facebook pages in English.
Responsibilities:
Modify video content with the help of the video editor (changing the format, adding captions, trimming - meaning that you'll have to write a clear task for the editor mentioning all the improvements that need to be made, seconds (start and end) of the piece that should be trimmed, etc);
modify video content on your own using internal tools and partially automated processes (e.g. stitching pieces of short videos together);
Post the content you modify and the content that comes ready for publication;
Ensure timely posting, be fully responsible for page performance and content quality;
Regularly monitor the page's health and write monthly reports on its performance;
Report issues you face in your day-to-day work;
Take action if you notice drops in page performance;
Watch the success of your content and offer new ideas to present or distribute it.
Requirements:
English level - Intermediate or higher;
Experience with video editing;
Knowledge of Facebook and YouTube principles, especially in the business field, and other platform knowledge is a plus;
Ability to deliver quality results on time;
Ownership and responsibility for the result;
Proactivity;
Being able to work as a team player.
