We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

We're growing and expanding, and right now our DIY project 5-Minute Crafts Men is looking for a creative & talented Constructor willing to work in our Riga studio.

What you will do:

• Make spectacular crafts

• Prepare (sawing, cutting, soldering, painting, inventing from scratch) parts from various materials (cardboard, mini bricks, wood, plastic, paper, etc.) for crafts of various (high) complexity and sizes

• Work with the visual component (selection of color solutions and craft design)

• Implement ideas according to the finished scenario

• Take part in the filming process as an actor and (or) a specialist behind the scenes

• Compile lists of props that need to be purchased for forthcoming videos

• Propose new ideas, experiments, improvements, and tests for new formats

Our expectations:

• Skilled in crafting (woodworking, welding, metalworking, house reparing or building, work with different types of paint, glue and etc.)

• Skilled in working with household construction appliances: drill, jigsaw, circular saw and so on. Industrial machines: lathe, drilling machine, milling machine, welding machine

• You have a professional education in the crafts field, or you have completed a course on safety when working with power tools, in mechanical engineering (which will be considered as a plus)

• Abilities to conduct hard work

• You know our projects and understand what type of content we produce

• You are able to work in a rapidly changing production environment

• You have a good command of English (intermediate level or higher)
