What You Will Do:

• Ensure that all information in internal systems and documents is updated accurately and in a timely manner;

• Project planning (schedules for production and publication, internal operational, etc);

• Coordination of publications;

• Data collection and analysis, report preparation;

• Assist in the coordination of commercial video production;

• Efficient processing of operational ad hoc requests;

• Process data requests;

• Assist in the creation of visual materials with the help of the internal design team;

What You Have:

• Minimum 2 years of corporate experience involving data analysis, operational tasks, and partner communication;

• Advanced/native proficiency in English (written and spoken);

• Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to work quickly and handle repetitive data tasks;

• Positive, proactive, and result-oriented mindset;

• Resilient team player capable of effectively managing high-pressure situations;

• Desire to develop in business operations/commercial content and build a career at TheSoul Publishing.
