Programming and Marketing Manager (Streaming Platforms)

We are excited to announce that our Platform Strategy & Partnerships team is actively growing, and now we are looking for a Programming and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing deliveries for a large portfolio of TheSoul's digital-first channels while maintaining our relationships across a variety of streaming partners.
Responsibilities:
Pre-launch
Act as the lead point of contact with partner managers and content ops teams.
Coordinate with the launch platform’s technical teams on VOD/channel delivery, ensuring the agreed volume of content is delivered, and resolving any issues with internal colleagues and external partners.
Maintain launch tracker with all pertinent information, including channel hours/episodes available and provisional launch dates.
Update internal tools (Asana, Confluence etc.) with required tasks and project progress on upcoming launches.
Work with the Head of Content Distribution and SMM team to select and schedule shows for linear/FAST channels.
Post-launch
Use data analytics to oversee the programming for a slate of FAST channels and VOD, resolving any operational issues hindering channel performance
Keep platforms updated of new programming, ensuring that contractual refresh rates are met and that seasonal/themed content is provided to align with partner editorial calendars
Coordinate on promotional and marketing activities with the Head of Content Distribution and external platforms
In conjunction with Finance, monitor revenue, billing and viewing reports from external platforms to ensure that contractual requirements are met
With the Head of Content Distribution, analyse reports to assess content performance and set the scheduling / content refresh strategy
Coordinate with branding colleagues to produce marketing materials (logos, banners, presentations etc.)
Candidate requirements:
At least 3 years of Marketing experience
Experience in Project Management and cross-functional partnerships
Experience working at another content company or platform
Experience with VOD/Streaming platforms would be an advantage
Strong account management skills
High level of independency
