Decorator

TheSoul Publishing is one of the biggest media companies, famous for its bright and colorful projects 5-Minute Crafts, Bright Side, La La Life, Slick Slime Sam, 123GO!, Polar, Avocado Couple and many others. With the team of 2,900+ professionals from around the world, we produce videos, cartoons, articles, and music.
This September, we’re opening a new office in Budapest, and we're looking to replenish our creative crews with talented people. Today, we are looking for a decorator — a true magician who will work on filming locations.
Job responsibilities:

Set up and decorate filming locations according to the requests of our film crew

Dismantle decorations and return filming locations to their original appearance

Take part in ordering props needed for decorations

Create new layouts for filming locations
-
Create and fill in a catalog of filming locations

Respond to incoming requests from film crews in a timely manner

*It might be required to move heavy objects (i.e. furniture)
Candidate requirements:
-
A good sense of style and a passion for interior design
-
Understanding of our projects' specifications, style and format (5-Minute Crafts, La La Life, 123GO! and others)

Ability to select the right furniture, props, and color schemes for the filming location based on the project requirements

Understanding of the basics of composition and decor techniques
-
General interest in video production industry and desire to be a part of it
-
Fluent English

*Work experience as an interior designer/videographer/decorator will be an advantage
