Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Our team of 2,500+ creative minds works globally in offices in 5 countries (Cyprus, Hungary, Latvia, UK, USA) and remotely in 70+ countries. We create positive and informative content (videos, articles, animation, music) for over 1.5 billion subscribers through dozens of social media channels including 5-Minute Crafts, Bright Side, 123GO!, La La Life, Avocado Couple, and others.

 

Today we are expanding the Human Resources team and looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for our Budapest office, which is also a video studio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a fair total compensation (base salary and KPIs) for different locations (including remote roles) that are aligned with the company’s strategy;

  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;

  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;

  • Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics;

  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices;

  • Make analysis, prepare bonus descriptions, and communicate changes to the employees;

  • Calculate bonuses for all locations.

 

Requirements:

  • Expert-level competence with Excel and Google spreadsheets, love to working with numbers;

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or Accounting (experience in C&B will be an advantage);

  • Good command of English (upper-intermediate level and higher);

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.

 

Also, be prepared to complete a test task. The same task is given to all candidates and is aimed exclusively at verifying your professional skills.
