Who we are looking for
Senior Office Manager
The Senior Office Manager would ensure the smooth running of our studio in Budapest, supervise daily administrative operations, liaise with vendors and government institutions. As well as develop and streamline operating procedures and policies in the office, manage budgets, lead administrative personnel and report to the senior executives.
Your mission will be to purchase props required for the filming process (both in online and offline stores) and communicate with our video studio employees on a daily basis. You will be mostly working outside of the office, driving around the city to find the best props that would match our projects.
Just imagine your workday would be like this: searching for trending ideas on social media, coming up with scripts for videos, acting in videos for a YouTube channel with millions of subscribers, choosing and decorating shooting locations, and ordering props from huge storage with anything you can imagine.
